Five Phases

Phase I
Includes additional land purchase, a new roof to aesthetically match the building upgrades, exterior stucco-type upgrade, and steeple refinishing for the existing worship center for an estimated cost of $515,000.

Phase II
Includes the development of a viable worship center in the existing fellowship hall and will cover costs of aesthetics, furnishings, audio/visual equipment, acoustical treatments, lighting, and professional design fees for $660,000.

Phase III
Includes the renovation of the existing worship center and will cover costs of acoustical treatments, lighting, aesthetics, audio/visual upgrades, a new exterior sign, and professional design fees for $250,000.

Phase IV
Includes the construction of an educational facility to house a growing and thriving Sunday School ministry for an estimated $1,500,000.

Phase V
Includes additional parking areas, a safer driveway entrance onto campus, landscaping, gym enhancements, and development of recreational areas such as sports fields, walking track, and playgrounds for an estimated cost of $575,000.
