What is AWANA?

AWANA is an amazing ministry offered at Rosemont on Wednesday evenings from 6:15 - 8:00. It is designed to reach children for Christ as it blends Bible teaching, scripture memorization, and tons of fun into one jam-packed evening. Clubbers receive AWANA bucks for being present, wearing their uniforms, bringing their bibles, and memorizing scripture. They are then allowed to spend their bucks at Celebration Station, our AWANA store. Kids have awesome fun learning about God in the middle of their busy weeks!

Sparks - students in K-2 sign in at Praise Park

Truth & Training - students in 3rd - 5th grades sign in at Room 100B

Both groups begin their evenings with a flag ceremony, pledges, and prayer before they rotate to 3 different stations for the night.

Council Time is a large group teaching time where kids learn about heroes from the Bible.

Handbook Time gives kids the opportunity to recite their memory verses to their grade level leaders.

Game Time gives students the opportunity to learn through energetic physical activities.
