Puppet & Clown Ministry

Nothing brings out a child's smile like a friendly clown and a lively puppet. Rosemont's "Our Town Puppets & Clowns", directed by Angela McClung and Stacey Hardigree, serve during Children's Worship Rally in Praise Park, special church occasions, community outreach events, mission trips, and more. Walking door to door to invite children to Backyard VBS, encouraging them to join in games and songs, and being a loving friend are just some of the ways our happy clowns ministered during Rosemont's summer '06 family mission trip to Gulfport, MS.

"Our Town Puppets" bring life and humor to events when on mission trips and during regular church gatherings. If you would like to be trained in these ministries, email shardigree@rosemontchurch.org and join us this Spring 2007 to prepare for another season of fun evangelism!

Creative Movement

Visual expressions can move the hearts of people in ways that hearing alone cannot. The Creative Movement Team frequently joins with worship leaders to enhance the services with interpretive sign and simple movement. This is a growing ministry that has become a highlight of worship experiences. Offered for 7th grade-Senior Adults, Wednesday evenings 6:00-6:30 PM, at "The Bridge" in the Children's Department (upstairs).

Visual Art

Periodically, our "resident artists" are called upon for special projects at Rosemont such as painting during worship as an artistic expression to the Father or by working with the ministry staff to improve and enhance areas of the church visually while engraining spiritual truths. We believe that God has gifted each person with abilities to be used for His glory. It is our desire to foster the talents of young people and adults alike as we grow into the image of Christ.
